Thomas Siteworks LLC  is owned and operated by Mike Thomas himself, who brings over20 years experience in heavy equipment operations and site work preparation to every project we undertake.

 

Mike's extensive work history includes working for a large company which involved and gave him the knowledge of mastering the experience on building  highways  from the start of the project--which includes clearing the site, grading, subgrade, base rock, curb and gutters, sidewalks, retention ponds, paving, striping, signage and sign off of project.  He has also been the supervisor over complete housing subdivision developments,  individual commercial projects, milling, resurfacing, paving roads for the city of Tallahassee, Quincy, Havana, Crawfordville and Perry Florida.

 

Thomas Siteworks is also a company who will gladly take care of the home owner with services such as hauling small quantities of dirt, rock,  stump removal and other related yard/ property tasks.
